HRCT Scan Chest: The High Resolution Chest Scan, is only recommended after guidance from your referring doctor. The scan is not intended to diagnose Covid 19, but may conditionally help in assessing the severity of the condition, may your referring doctor advise it's requirement. The scan usually takes only a few minutes, but involves X-Ray Radation and hence advise from your referring doctor for the scan is recommended.
